The I Feel Program has been one of first program launched by SoulRoutes at its inception. The I FEEL Program is a child centric philosophy. It believes that every child is innately wise and able. As parents and teachers we simply need to offer an environment that engages this wisdom and ability.
To this intent, teaching children skills of emotional exploration and expression helps their spiritual, psychological and cognitive development.
Instead of teaching children rules and enforcing values through behaviour, a child can be given an opportunity to learn self regulation and build his personal values.

This inner emotional awareness and sense of self, builds skills that facilitate their academic and co-curricular progress as a child, and an innate life skills that will help them deal with various conflicts of life as a they grow.
